This course will give you an opportunity to acquire knowledge and gain insight into practical photography.
You will learn about camera controls and develop an awareness of visual elements and composition. Throughout the course other artists work and ideas will be introduced to broaden your contextual and visual knowledge.
Following an introduction to Mac Computers and basic Adobe Photoshop tools, you will have the opportunity to explore image manipulation and creation. The final outcome will be a presentation and discussion of your images.
The University College will provide cameras – but if you want to use your own camera, that is also possible.
